Luke 10 · one house, two faithful women

A woman seated beside a large window in soft morning light, hands resting, in a quiet held pause

Prologue

You lead. You serve. You give until the giving is the only thing left of you.

And the people around you would never guess.

To them, you are the strong one, the faithful one, the woman who holds the room together. You answer the calls. You hold the prayers. You show up when showing up costs you something.

What they cannot see is the quiet that meets you when the serving is done.

The Quiet After

When the Doing Never Lets You Be

The day finally goes still.

The last message answered, the last need met, the cup of tea going cold beside you.

And in that stillness, something you have outrun all day finally catches up.

You are doing everything right. Faithful in your work, your home, your church, your word kept again and again.

A quieter question surfaces underneath all of it:

Am I truly the woman they believe me to be?

A woman alone in a softly lit room at dusk, a cup of tea cooling beside her

What You Carry

The Grief That Waits in the Quiet

Martha is working. Mary is longing.

You have learned to honor the working and silence the longing, because the longing feels like a luxury you have not earned.

So you keep the longing where no one will find it. The dreams postponed. The betrayal you absorbed without flinching. The rejection you forgave before anyone saw it land.

You tell yourself rest comes later, once everything is held.

But the strain you keep ignoring is the very thing wearing down the love you are trying to protect.

How long can you keep pouring from a cup no one refills?

Renewal is a gift from God, given so you can keep loving and leading.

This is a sentence you can finally exhale into.

I have found a lasting peace. Thank you very much for walking this with me and encouraging me.

Luke 10

The Martha and Mary Framework

In Luke 10, Mary sat at the Lord's feet while Martha labored to serve Him. Two faithful women. One unhealed division still running through Christian women today.

You have lived on Martha's side of that house for so long that Mary's stillness feels unreachable.

The work surfaces what is already in you. You are made in God's image, already whole, untouched and unharmed at your core.

Here you no longer choose between Martha and Mary. You live as both, faithful in action and rooted in presence, across body, mind, heart, and soul.

The Work Itself

What Renewal Restores

In a confidential, grounded Christian space, the work tends the whole of you:

i.

Prayer that lives in the body, not only the mind

ii.

Life-giving practices that keep you steady between our times together

iii.

The longing and the serving held together, without guilt

iv.

Inner alignment that quiets the doubt about who you really are

v.

Renewal received as a gift from God, not earned by exhaustion

This is how a faithful woman comes home to herself.

I feel like so many parts of myself are coming together for the first time. I'm embracing my part in the flow of life and God. I feel like I have found my own gravity.

The Path

How the Work Unfolds

Be Seen and Safe

You enter a confidential Christian space and feel fully seen, fully safe, without a trace of judgment.

You are met before you are ever asked to perform.

Receive the Renewal

You discover renewal as a gift from God, and embrace both Martha and Mary without striving or suppressing your needs.

The longing and the serving finally live in the same heart.

Live It Embodied

Prayer becomes lived and embodied. Life-giving practices keep you renewed, grounded, and reaching toward your highest calling.

Faith stops being something you manage and becomes something you inhabit.

This is the path clients describe. We shape your way together.

Before You Begin

Questions Women Ask Before They Begin

Is this therapy or coaching?
This is faith-based coaching and spiritual care. We tend your whole personhood before God, drawing on prayer, reflection, and life-giving practice rather than clinical treatment.
How is my confidentiality held?
Everything you bring is held in strict confidence. Our space is private and protected, so you can be fully honest without rehearsing how it might sound.
What is the format and time commitment?
We meet one to one, online, anywhere in the world. The rhythm is shaped around your real life so the renewal can take root rather than become one more obligation.
Is the work biblically grounded?
Yes. The framework grows out of Scripture, beginning with Mary and Martha in Luke 10, and every practice keeps Christ at the center.
Is this right for me?
If you are a Christian woman who leads and gives and longs to be restored without abandoning your calling, this work was built for you.

The Invitation

Live as Both, at Last

For years you have honored the working and hidden the longing.

You no longer have to choose between them.

In this work, renewal arrives as the gift it always was, and you carry your calling from a place of fullness instead of fumes.

Martha can rest. Mary can rise. The same faithful woman holds them both.

Deep is calling unto deep, and the deepest part of you is ready to answer.

A Limited Number of 1:1 Spaces
